Chelsea Meeder, an employee at the accountancy firm Straley, Lamp & Kraenzlein since December 2015, has passed the accountancy exam and is now a certified public accountant through the Michigan Board of Accountancy, the firm said in a news release.

Meeder graduated Davenport University with a business degree in 2012 and a master’s in accounting in 2017.

The firm also announced it had hired two new employees: Stefanie Dziesinski, who graduated from Alpena Community College in May 2014 and Central Michigan University in December 2017, joined the firm in February. Nick Cordes, a graduate of Lake Superior State University and who obtained his CPA certification in 2013, joined the firm in August.
