ALPENA — The Alpena Garden Club and Alpena Community College growers will have their annual plant sale on May 21 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.

The sale is held at the ACC greenhouse area off Woodward Avenue, across from the Northern Lights Arena.

The two groups will be selling tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and flowers, including hanging baskets.

There will also be a perennial plant sale at the same time, at the same location. The plants will be donated by garden club members.

People are encouraged to bring boxes to take your plants home.
