The Alcona Tigers were defeated by a tough Morrice team on Friday by a score of 0-52. The Tigers offense struggled to get going, however the combination of Adalai Liebler and Brandon Fogle ran the ball with much determination. The defense was once again led by seniors, this time Landon Kimball got into the action as well as Keegan Ritchie who each had five tackles, according to Head Football Coach Jason Somers. The Alpena Wildcat varsity soccer team lost a close game to the Petoskey Northmen on Thursday at Wildcat Stadium. The Northmen bested the Wildcats 1-0.
