A vote for Keri Bertrand is a vote for integrity
The Technical, Professionals & Officeworkers Association of Michigan “TPOAM” Union would like to formally announce their endorsement of Keri Bertrand for Alpena County Clerk.
Keri has been with the County of Alpena since 2018 as an employee of the Alpena County Clerk’s Office. In spite of her plentiful job duties, Keri was also a very active Union member taking on officer positions and the duties within them. A few of our members have had the privilege of working first-hand with Keri in the County Clerk’s Office and were able to observe what a hard worker she is and how quickly she learned the multiple job duties.
The County Clerk’s Office as a whole is a very fast paced office with many duties, including but not limited to: court work, elections, vital records issuance, concealed pistol permit processing, notary applications, payroll, accounts payables – and this is just to name a few. It is a diversified office, with each person taking on an area of expertise.
Nothing beats first-hand experience to adequately handle the magnitude of things thrown at you from day to day in the County Clerk’s office. Keri has shown that she has the ability to make tough decisions and has the necessary experience to lead the Clerk’s Office.
Keri has shown integrity over her years with Alpena County. She stays true to her position and values. As an elected official, it is important to show honesty and integrity in who you are as a person and as a leader. Keri exhibits these qualities.
Therefore the TPOAM would like to suggest you cast your vote in August for Keri Bertrand, your current Alpena County Clerk.
AMANDA REPKE
President, Alpena County TPOAM Union
