Just a thought, how about 2 sets of tax tables?
How about two sets of federal income tax tables? One set could be for conservatives and the other for liberals. You would be tied to the tax table that corresponds to your vote in the most recent presidential election. So if you want to support all the things President Biden and the Democratic Party propose, you can. In the most recent election if you voted for Donald Trump, then you would pay a lower income tax as fewer progressive programs would be being sought. Many details to work out, but it would put everyone’s money where their vote is. Seems fair to me, but then again I never went to college.
