I would like to express my appreciation for the staff of MediLodge of Alpena. In this time of the virus, nursing homes serve perhaps our most vulnerable population. In many instances, the coronavirus spreads quickly in the homes and they incur horrific death rates. I believe as a community, we need to realize the dedicated and heroic efforts by everyone working at MediLodge. They battle this insidious disease every day at great personal risk to care for their residents and save lives.

They have been successful in holding the virus at bay and saving lives.

We are fortunate to have these outstanding people among us.
