Poor leadership preys on unthinking follower

I received a number of phone calls, all but one AGAINST the NEW BOND TAX.

The one caller who was pro-bond couldn’t answer basic questions but would rather change the subject with what he felt were his positive reasons. So for the third time, Alpena Public Schools would ask the unthinking follower to again vote for $33.9 million in bonds, a lessor amount and BAITING with “no new taxes.” We pay off the current bond tax and yes, they add a NEW TAX equal the old. They use tactics such as, “I don’t know what our other options are,” and, “We have no choice.”

There’s always another choice, but they never looked for it.

There was never an option B in the first place which the board admitted. Where’s the WRITTEN Preventive Maintenance Plans, or the WRITTEN Planned Maintenance Plans?

APS’s plan? The country is doing great so let’s keep taxing the residents.

Quality leadership always has more than one vision or plan. Poor leadership preys on the unthinking follower.
