In regard to Earl Elowsky’s recent letter to the editor mocking climate change and those who find the evidence irrefutable, I’m wondering, Earl, by what authority you are making your claim. You say you don’t know how many scientists don’t believe it’s human-caused. “A bunch,” as you say, is not specific. The fact is, 96% believe this is a looming threat to the earth that sustains us all, and for the sake of our children and grandchildren, should be taken seriously. I think you should open your mind and do a little research before you start maligning other people far more informed than you are. Do you have a degree in climate science? Please don’t be a victim of willful ignorance.
