Gerald LeRoy Showalter, 88, of Long Lake passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at his home. Gerald LeRoy Showalter was born in Alpena on Dec. 8, 1934, to the late Augusta and Victoria (Dash) Showalter. He married the love of his life Shirley LaGraff on July 3, 1955. She preceded him in death on Dec. 8, 1999. Jerry was a lifelong resident of Long Lake. Greg Allan Warren of Fort Wayne, Indiana, lost his battle with heart disease on April 29, 2023. Greg was born April 13, 1951, in Fairborn, Ohio, the second of three children of Leona and Alvin A Warren Jr. His mom had selected the name Craig Allan for him, but due to a mix up, his name was recorded for all posterity as Greg. KAISER, Dolores, 92, of Alpena, died on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at her home. She is survived by seven children, Lynn VanNatter, Connie Kaiser, Norman Kaiser, Julie Manning, Gaye (Marlin) Dorr, Dan (Nicole) Kaiser, and Jeffrey Kaiser, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
