CARLA JEAN WAGNER

Carla Jean Wagner, 77, of Alpena passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, at MediLodge of Alpena. Surviving are her two aunts, Dorene Schultz, Annette Irwin; two nephews, Daniel, Keith; several cousins and her Medilodge family. Carla was preceded in death by her brother, Wade Wagner. A memorial service will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 1 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John Shipman officiating. Debra Mae Lange, 64, of Alpena passed away suddenly at MediLodge of Alpena following a brief illness. She was born October 12, 1958 in Flint, Michigan to the late William and Janis (Beyer) Lange. Debra graduated from Alpena High School in 1976. She worked for multiple insurance companies over the years in the Detroit area, Lansing, Grand Rapids and Gaylord before moving back to Alpena to be closer to family and friends. DOLORES A. KAISER

Dolores A. Kaiser, 92, of Alpena, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 3 2023 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Dolores was born on Jan. 22, 1931 to the late Leo and Agnes (Prevo) Beauchamp in Flint, Michigan. On Jan. 26, 1952 she married Fred “Charlie” Kaiser at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. They were married and raised a family for nearly 20 years until he preceded her in death in 1971. Paul Fredrick Baumgart 67 of Ossineke, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 22 2023. Paul was a loving husband, father, Papa and Great Papa. Paul leaves behind his wife of 28 years Gail Baumgart, four children, Shawn Baumgart, Tim Baumgart, Terry Hughes and Skye Skiba, 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and four siblings. Kenneth E. Friedrich, 94, of Presque Isle passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, at home surrounded by his loved ones on April 27, 2023. Ken was the first of four children, born May 7, 1928, in Rogers City, to the late Capt. Herbert Friedrich and Alma (Elowsky) Friedrich. He graduated from Rogers City High School then went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Army during the Korean War as a WWII Occupation Force Military Policeman in Germany.
