DOLORES A. KAISER
Dolores A. Kaiser, 92, of Alpena, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 3 2023 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Dolores was born on Jan. 22, 1931 to the late Leo and Agnes (Prevo) Beauchamp in Flint, Michigan. On Jan. 26, 1952 she married Fred “Charlie” Kaiser at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. They were married and raised a family for nearly 20 years until he preceded her in death in 1971.
There were many things that Dolores enjoyed in life such as crossword puzzles, she loved dancing, and was an avid hunter bringing home a buck a majority of the time. But nothing brought her greater joy than loving the Lord and her children. She spent time with them as often as possible and cherished every memory.
Dolores is survived by seven children, Lynn VanNatter, Connie Kaiser (fiance Jim Knowlton), Norman Kaiser, Julie Manning, Gaye (Marlin) Dorr, Dan (Nicole) Kaiser, and Jeffrey Kaiser, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leo and Norman Beauchamp, and two sisters, Isabelle Sayles, and Regina Moffit.
Dolores has been taken for cremation from Karpus Hunter & Ross Funeral Home. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences may be registered at karpushuntercares.com.
