JUNE MARIE AGIUS

June Marie Agius, 89, of Saginaw, our loving mother, grandmother,, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024. June was born in Alpena, on Aug. 8, 1935, the daughter of the late Ervin and Edna (Olson) Bromund.

June married her beloved husband, James Agius, on Nov. 14, 1953, and together they built a life filled with love and joy. Sadly, James passed away on Sept. 17, 2007.

A dedicated homemaker, June took pride in working outside in her yard, spending time with her grandchildren and being involved in her church. Her love and care nurtured not only her family but also all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

June leaves to carry her legacy to her children, Sandy (Tom) Burkhardt, Daniel (Denise) Agius, Kathleen (Maurice) McCalmon, Nancy (Mike) Woolworth, Grandchildren, Hope Ann (Jason) Thomas, Brian (Mel) Burgess, Angela Scoggins, Kelly Klida, Nicole Kilda, Alexis Reinhardt, Kylie Reinhardt and 10 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband, June was preceded in death by her son David Agius and grandson, Joshua Agius

Per June’s wishes cremation has taken place. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Skorupski Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1550 Midland Road, between State and Gratiot.
