BLANCHE CHRISTINE DAOUST

Blanche was born August 31,1930 in Posen to Ignatius and Victoria (Rembelski) Kapala and had been a life-long resident of the Alpena area. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and its Bible Class. She was employed for a time at Pierce’s Nursing Home and worked for Mrs. Wesley Ball at her home.

Surviving are six children; Bill T. (Judy) Daoust of Alpena, Laurie Stahl of Florida, David Daoust of Colorado, Cindy (Kevin) Amstutz of Singapore, Wayne Daoust of Alpena, Christopher Daoust of Gaylord, 10 grandchildren; Joey, Ryan, Kyle, Dana, Justin, Lynze, Justin, Andrea, Miranda, Amber, great-grandchildren; Levi, Benjamin, Sophie, Reese, Olivia, Jack, Zachary and Yuki. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melody Daoust in 1980, and 12 siblings; Alice Kendziorski, Stella Kendziorski, Regina, Verna, Sophie, Agnes, Daisy, Peter, Edward, Benedict, Walter and Dominic.

Blanche Daoust is at McWilliams Funeral Home where friends may call on Sunday, April 10,2022 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Fr.
