ROBERT CARLTON McMILLAN
Robert “Bob” Carlton McMillan, 75, of Lachine passed away Monday, March 28, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Robert was born on Aug. 31, 1946, to the late Delbert and Donabelle (Ellsworth) McMillan. He married Dixie McConnell on June 24, 1967. Bob engaged in farming on the family farm as the fourth generation. He was a member of the Leer Lutheran Church, enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
Surviving are his wife, Dixie; four children, Barbara McMillan, Linda McMillan, Rose (Tom) Helinski; John McMillan; four grandchildren, Caitlin Mendoskin, Katlyn Helinski, Makayla Helinski, Bailey McMillan; and brother-in-law James McConnell.
Mr. McMillan was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Mendoskin.
Visitation will take place on Friday, April 1, 2022, at the Bannan Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. and will continue at the Leer Lutheran Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Leslie Nye officiating.
