The Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel will hold a meeting on Nov 13 at noon at the First United Methodist Church on Ripley Boulevard. The guest speaker is Mike Kollien from the Alpena Community College. A catered meal will be served for $12.50 or people can bring their own lunch.
