PAMELA N. MANNING

Pamela was born on Sept. 13, 1962, in Cadillac, Michigan to the late Donald and Nancy (Travis) Rubert. Pamela graduated from CMU with a Bachelor’s in Business in 1988 and became a floor manager for JCPenney in Alpena. After raising her son, Ben, Pamela continued her career working for Alpena Public Schools, with her favorite job being a cook for Besser Elementary School.

Pam’s surviving family includes her husband, Dan Manning of 30 years, sons, Ben (Jazzmyn) Manning, Joe Ballas, and daughter Constance Manning. She is also survived by her sister Cyndi (Mark Briggs) Rubert and nephew Sam Briggs. Pam was preceded in death by her sister, Jennifer Rubert. She will be greatly missed.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by Bannan Funeral Home. No service is planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sunrise Mission.
