JANET MARILYN THIBAULT

Janet Marilyn Thibault, 65, of Alpena passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 3, 2021. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, and companion that will be dearly missed. Janet was born on Aug. 27, 1955 to the late Edward and Ida (Liske) Ritthaler in Alpena, Michigan. After graduating from high school, Janet had many adventures and worked in many different atmospheres. She found great joy in being a bartender because that is where she met the most interesting people. She could always be found having a deep conversation or listening attentively. Janet was what most would consider a “social butterfly” and loved being around people. She also enjoyed gardening plants/flowers, laughing, having lunch with her sisters, and cooking (she was known as an amazing cook by many). Janet also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She cherished the time spent and gave every bit of love to them that she possibly could.
