CAROL LEE RUMBLES

Carol Lee Plakke was born in Holland on March 28, 1936 to the late Clifford and Hazel (Marcus) Plakke. On Aug. 8, 1959, she married Donald Rumbles. Together they owned and operated Northern Abstract for 31 years until their retirement in 2001. She is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake, Hubbard Lake Lady Learners, and the Hubbard Lake Red Hatters.

Surviving are her husband Don, sons, Tim (Sherry Rygwelski) Rumbles, Todd (Lisa) Rumbles, five grandchildren, Anna, Samuel, Megan, Lauren, Nathan, honorary son, Steve (Sarah) Fivenson and family, siblings, Ted (Mila) Plakke, Sally (Leon) Prins, Jack (Denise) Plakke, and Patricia (David) VanDyke.

A memorial service will take place at a later date. Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake.
