Hugh Milligan
MILLIGAN, Hugh, 78, of Spruce, died at home on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020.
He is survived by three children, Kevin, Tony, and Margaret, eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and a brother, Alan.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020 at Spruce Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Ken Krause officiating. A graveside committal service will immediately follow with interment at Pleasant View cemetery. McWilliams Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
