June 22
12:05 p.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Briley Township; a report was taken.
3:35 p.m. A welfare check was requested on an Albert Township resident. A deputy responded to the residence; the subject was found to be fine.
8:24 p.m. A dispute via text messages was reported to MCSO dispatch. It was found the suspected party had posted the others address on social media with malicious intent. A deputy spoke with all parties involved and an investigation is still ongoing.
June 23
1:23 a.m. A deputy conducted a motorist assist in Rust Township. A driver had lost a tire on a boat trailer, the deputy assisted with replacing the tire.
7:47 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a subject that resides in Briley Township. A deputy responded to the scene; the subject was transferred to the hospital by EMS for an evaluation.
10:06 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a resident of Albert Township. A deputy responded to the residence to find the subject to be fine.
1:14 p.m. A report of a deer on the side of M33 North that needed to be dispatched was made. A deputy responded to the scene and dispatched the deer.
June 24
5:21 a.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Vienna Township. A report was made.
1:37 p.m. A welfare check was requested for a resident in Albert Township. Deputies and EMS responded after multiple attempted phone calls, and the subject was okay.
9:09 p.m. A set of bones were found in Albert Township. The caller believed they may be human remains. Deputies responded and confirmed the remains were from a deer.
June 25
12:55 p.m. An injured deer was reported in Hillman Township. A deputy responded but was unable to locate the deer.
June 26
12:35 a.m. A driver reports that his vehicle is stuck on a two-track in Montmorency Township. Deputies responded and brought the driver into town to stay at a hotel for the night.
5:47 a.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Montmorency Township; a report was taken.
10:30 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a Village of Hillman resident. The subject was found to be fine.
12:03 p.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Loud Township; a report was taken.
12:19 p.m. A welfare check was requested on an Albert Township resident. A deputy responded and the subject was found to be fine.
6:50 p.m. A deputy responding to a neighbor dispute in Briley Township regarding a male crossing onto private property and yelling obscenities. The deputy spoke with both parties and warned the male about the consequences of trespassing.
8:32 p.m. A DNR officer conducted a traffic stop in Vienna Township. Through an investigation, one female was arrested for OUID and lodged at Alpena County Jail.
June 27
8:36 a.m. A Briley Township resident called to report two stray dogs in her yard, a golden retriever and a Bernese Mt. dog; a deputy responded and transported the dogs to ECAS.
9:02 a.m. Another agency requested assistance with a situation that was happening just outside our county. A report of a female subject walking and a male subject attempting to get her into his truck was made. A deputy responded but was unable to locate anyone.
11:11 a.m. Deputies responded to a verbal dispute in Rust Township. The deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the scene without incident.4:50 p.m. Hillman Fire Department was requested for mutual aid in Presque Isle County.
9:31 p.m. Albert Township Fire Department responded to a residence after a passerby reported a large unattended fire. The homeowners extinguished the fire for the night.
10:36 p.m. An injured deer was reported on the side of the roadway in Loud Township. A deputy responded and dispatched the deer.
June 28
11:20 a.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Loud Township; a report was taken.
11:40 a.m. A subject requested a deputy to assist with a civil standby in Vienna Township; the owner of the property was not there.
1:06 p.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Albert Township; a report was taken.
4:02 p.m. A grass fire was reported in Montmorency Township. Hillman Fire Department responded to the scene. The fire was quickly put out, and the fire department cleared the scene.
8:41 p.m. Deputies responded to a panic alarm at a business in Briley Township. Upon arrival, deputies discovered it was an accidental push and cleared without incident.
