Hall and Taylor sentenced
ALPENA — On Monday in the 26th Circuit Court in Alpena, Brandon Hall, 33, and Dylan Taylor, 29, were sentenced after both entering plea deals in previous hearings.
Hall entered a plea deal on Sept. 24. He pleaded no contest to two stalking charges and one aggravated stalking charge, no contest to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, no contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, and no contest to domestic violence aggravated, according to MiCourt Case Search. All other charges were dismissed.
His sentence is 50 months in prison with a maximum of 15 years. Hall also received credit for 169 days served in jail.
Taylor entered a plea deal on Sept. 15, where he pleaded guilty to accosting a child for immoral purposes. Taylor also has to register as a tier two sex offender as part of the plea agreement and will be required to register for life.
Taylor was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for three days served and five years of probation, according to MiCourt Case Search.
