Effective today at 3 p.m., the Northeast Michigan Materials Management Authority will relocate the recycling bins previously located at Northern Light Arena to the Moose Lodge, 2630 Werth Rd. in Alpena, according to a Wednesday press release.

The other location will be an expansion of a current location at Alpena Township, 4385 U.S.-23 N.

Signs by the road will direct community members to the recycling bins.

The Alpena Township location will have a glass recycling bin, and glass recycling is also available at the recycling facility, 4395 W M-32, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
