News Photo by Reagan Voetberg Above, at top, School Resource Officer Jason Collegnon at Alpena High School talked to junior and senior students on Wednesday about the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or marijuana in preparation for prom on Saturday. Alpena Police Chief Eric Hamp and Deputy Fire Chief Andy Marceau also spoke to students. EMS, fire, and police personnel gave a live demonstration of a vehicle accident, with Prell’s towing and Devin Spencer providing the wrecked vehicles. The AHS Student Council arranged the event.
