Starting Monday, MyMichigan Urgent Care Alpena will accept walk-ins during business hours, MyMichigan Health announced on Thursday.

When wait times exceed two hours, registered patients may be offered an estimated time to return to the facility if they prefer to wait elsewhere.

Patients may also go online to select a specific appointment time.

Occupational health customers must still make an appointment through their employer.

Patients experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms should call the clinic from their vehicle when they arrive, the health system said.
