Former Hillman resident and water skiing enthusiast, Jason Kenyon, opened up the 2021 water ski season on March 12 at Lobdell Lake in Linden, Michigan. He said that the water was very cold — the ice had only left two days prior. Jason has been water skiing since he was 10 years old. He said this marks the earliest that he has opened up the season.
