June 15

11:35 a.m.: While on routine patrol an officer came upon a vehicle on the side of the road that appeared to have hit a deer; the driver was found to have been injured by the airbag deployment, Tri Township ambulance transported the driver to the hospital.

2:12 p.m.: A resident of Briley Township requested officers to his residence to speak with kids that were riding dirt bikes on private property, officers responded and spoke with the kids and their parents, they were given a verbal warning to stay off the complainant’s property.

5:56 p.m.: An Albert Township resident called to report that a tree was across the powerline at their home. Presque Isle Electric was contacted for repair.

9:58 p.m.: A male was taken into custody on a warrant arrest. Male was lodge at MCSO jail.

June 16

10 a.m.: The Avery Township Supervisor called to request officers keep an eye on the Avery Township Park. It appears individuals are tearing it up with ATV’s.

10:19 p.m.: MCSO Dispatch received a loud music noise complaint in Briley Township. Deputies responded and music was turned down.

10:44 p.m.: Security company reported a commercial alarm at the Dollar General in Lewiston. MCSO Deputies responded and found the building secured.

June 17

4:40 a.m.: Security company reported a commercial alarm at the Dollar General in Lewiston. MCSO Deputies responded and found the building secured.

8:20 p.m.: Officers responded to a complaint of a male trying to pull someone from

a vehicle parked in the driveway at a residence on Jeanette St. After investigation, a 39-year-old male was arrested for domestic violence.

8:37 p.m.: Dispatched received a complaint of a vehicle stuck in the ditch on

County Rd 622. A 24-year-old female from Atlanta was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated.

8:51 p.m.: An officer came upon a vehicle on fire on M-32 in Rust Township. The deputy was able to put the fire out with his fire extinguisher.

June 18 th

12:53 a.m.: Deputies responded to a commercial burglar alarm in Lewiston. The building was found to be secure.

2 a.m.: Deputies responded to a commercial burglar alarm in Lewiston. The building was found to be secure.

8:09a.m.: A report of a tree across Voyer Lake Rd. Montmorency Road Commission was dispatched.

6:52 p.m.: A report of a tree across M-33N on the west side of the road. MCSO Deputy responded and removed the tree from the road.

8:14 p.m.: Michigan State Police traffic stop resulted in one female taken into custody on warrant arrest. Female was brought to MCSO jail and lodged.

June 19

7:27 p.m.: A report of ATV racing up and down the road in Twin Dam subdivision. MCSO Deputy responded to the area and was unable to locate any ATVS.

7:30 p.m.: A report of ORVs damaging a driveway in Vienna Township. MCSO Deputy responded and Michigan DNR.

June 20

12:23 a.m.: A residential alarm was activated in Avery Township. MCSO Deputies responded and found building secure.

12:42 A report of a single car accident on Klein Rd in Rust Township near Slieff Rd. MCSO Deputies, Hillman Fire and EMS responded. Found two male occupants with minor injuries. One male was taken into custody for OWI.

9:12 a.m.: A call came into 911 regarding a missing 3-year-old female near Foch Lake, caller and family were camping and when they woke up the child was gone. MCSO deputies, MSP Troopers, DNR officers, Vienna Township Fire along with Tri Township Fire and EMS all responded to the scene. A MCSO deputy located

the child near the water about 30 minutes after arriving on scene. The child had some scratches and bug bites but was otherwise fine.

12:22 p.m.: A resident of Albert Township called to report a vehicle that was partially blocking the roadway near the marina, MCSO Marine Patrol responded, they launched the boat onto East Twin and located the owner of the vehicle, the owner was advised he needed to move the vehicle.

3:43 p.m.: The driver of a pickup hauling a pontoon called to report that he had flipped the trailer with the pontoon on it near Jerome St in downtown Atlanta, no injuries were reported. MCSO deputies responded to the scene along with a tow truck.

5:15 p.m.: A female contacted dispatch stating she was driving toward Station 3 EMS station with two 22-year-old males that have injuries from fireworks, Station 3 EMS was advised, thee males were both transported to the hospital for their injuries.

June 21

8:07 a.m.: A suspicious person was reported in the Village of Hillman near the dam, an officer responded to the area, the subject was sleeping in his vehicle. He was asked to leave the area, officer cleared without incident.

4 p.m.: A female in Albert Township called to report that there was a male subject threatening her. Officers responded to the scene, the male subject was no longer on scene, but they located him a short distance from the hotel the caller was staying in, he was advised to stay away from the caller.

6:54 p.m.: A resident in Briley Township report ORVs driving up and down private road Pine St at excessive speeds. MSCO Deputies responded to the area and were unable to locate any ORVs.

10:24 pm A Hillman Township resident reported suspicious activity at a home in Pine Oaks Subdivision on Red Oak Trail. MCSO Deputies and Michigan State Police responded and found a male subject on the property. The male was taken into custody for possession of crystal meth.

10:29 p.m.: A Montmorency Township resident reported car/deer accident on County Rd 628. No injuries were reported.

11:39 p.m.: An Albert Township resident reported a civil dispute. Michigan State Police and MCSO Deputies responded. Upon arrival found two males having a verbal disagreement. The males were separated without incident.
