June 1

9:11 a.m. A two vehicle property damage crash was called into dispatch; no injuries were reported. Law enforcement responded and cleared without incident.

10:46 a.m. A welfare check was called in on some animals in Albert Township, law enforcement responded and spoke with the owner, he was fine and so were the dogs, officer cleared without incident.

11:38 a.m. A welfare check was called in on a Hillman resident, law enforcement responded, the subject was fine.

11:51 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a resident of Albert Township, law enforcement responded, the subject was found to be okay.

12:21 p.m. A subject turned himself in at MCSO for an outstanding warrant, subject was lodged.

1:16 p.m. A resident of Albert Township called to report that there were what appeared to be young kids riding dirt bikes near his residence, DNR responded and was unable to locate dirt bikes.

3:23 p.m. A subject called to report that he and his coworkers were turning onto a side road in Briley Township when their truck got tangled in the phone lines; the truck proceeded to tear down the lines and snap off multiple poles, Frontier and PIE&G were notified. Tri Township Fire and law enforcement responded to the scene.

5:15 p.m. A report of a domestic situation was made to MCSO in Albert Township. MCSO Deputies responded and one male was taken into custody on charges of domestic violence.

6:58 p.m. A report of dispute between 3 females in Albert Township was made to MCSO. MCSO Deputies responded and the females were separated and warned not to return to the property.

8:48 p.m. Dispatch was advised of an erratic driver on M-32 near Haas Rd in Avery Township. There were no units in the area to intercept the vehicle.

June 2

1:32 a.m. Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm at the Lewiston Hotel Bar and Grill in Albert Township. Deputies were advised and responded. The alarm company called back within a few min and advised it was an accidental activation per the owner. Law enforcement was advised they could disregard.

8 a.m. The manager of a business in Briley Township called to report one of the employees had stolen some money, an officer responded to take the report. This is still under investigation.

2:32 p.m. MCSO was advised of a property dispute on Damrose Dr in Avery Township. Deputies responded and resolved the situation. Both parties were advised to avoid the property line until this is handled in court.

3:10 p.m. Dispatch was advised of a 2-vehicle collision on Co Rd 451 near Co Rd 459 in the Village of Hillman. Deputies, EMS, and fire were all dispatched to the scene. One male was transported to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.

June 3

8:02 a.m. Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm at Community Financial Credit Union in the Village of Hillman. A trooper responded and found it to be an accidental activation. All clear at 8:10 a.m..

8:25 p.m. MCSO was advised of an erratic driver on Meridian Line Rd near Old State Rd traveling toward Albert Township. There were no units in the area to intercept but all were advised.

June 4

9:15 a.m. Dispatch was notified of a residential burglar alarm on Eagle Point Dr in Albert Township. The homeowner called and advised it was a false alarm. All units were advised to disregard.

10:39 a.m. A 2-vehicle collision was reported on Co Rd 612 near the Sunrise gas station in Albert Township. A deputy responded and no injuries were reported.

2:42 p.m. Dispatch was advised of a domestic dispute on Hayes Rd in Hillman Township. Deputies responded but the situation was resolved prior to their arrival. The parties separated and all clear at 3:00 p.m..

5:10 p.m. A 17-year-old male turned himself in on a MCSO warrant. He was lodged.

8:12 p.m. Dispatch was advised of an erratic driver on Co Rd 612 traveling North near the Crawford Co line in Albert Township. All units were advised but no one was in the area to intercept the vehicle described.

8:43 p.m. A deputy responded to a domestic dispute on Bay St in Albert Township. It was found to be a verbal dispute only and the parties were separated for the night. All clear at 9:06 p.m..

11:11 p.m. A deputy initiated a traffic stop on M-33 N in front of the BP gas station in Briley Township. A 29-year-old male was taken into custody with a MCSO warrant. He was lodged.

June 5

12:05 p.m. A verbal dispute was reported in Briley Township; officers responded and separated the parties, officers cleared without incident.

12:09 p.m. A seasonal property owner in Albert Township called to report someone dumping garbage on his property, he was advised to put trail cams up and when he got footage of the subjects to call us back, he agreed with this solution.

12:31 p.m. A Briley Township resident called to report that she was being intimidated by another resident verbally; she was advised if it continued and she felt threatened to attempt to obtain a PPO.

12:44 p.m. A panic alarm was called in by an alarm company at a residence in Briley Township; officers responded to find it was an accidental push by the homeowner.

1:25 p.m. A Vienna Township resident came into the MCSO lobby to report that he and his family are being threatened by his neighbor. Officers responded to the scene, the subject decided he just wanted to log the complaint for now and would contact MCSO if it continued.

7:57 p.m. MCSO Deputies made warrant arrest attempt on a female in Montmorency Township. One female was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance.

11:15 p.m. MCSO Deputy made traffic stop on M-33 near Voyer Lake Rd. One male subject was taken into custody for no insurance. Subject was lodged at MCSO jail.

11:30 p.m. Albert Township resident reported a dog on their porch. MCSO Deputy responded; brown older dog was taken to ECAS.

June 6

10:30 a.m. A tree down across Beltz Rd., in Briley Township was reported, there was a power outage in the area. Tri Township Fire Department and PIE&G were notified.

10:37 a.m. An ongoing neighbor dispute was reported in Rust Township; caller was advised to put cameras up to get proof of who was doing the damage to the property.

12:42 p.m. A resident of Vienna Township called to report he is having an ongoing issue with the ATV riders tearing up the end of his driveway. Officers were advised and they will watch for the ATV’s when they are in the area.

1:35 p.m. A subject in Montmorency Township called to report that someone had dumped mattresses, insulation and other household items in the woods on state land, DNR was advised.

1:47 p.m. A resident of Montmorency Township called to report his gas meter was leaking gas, Canada Creek Fire, Tri Township Fire and PIE & G were all notified. No injuries were reported.

5:55 p.m. A report of a truck in the ditch rolled on its side on Huff Rd in Vienna Township. MCSO Deputies, Vienna Township Fire, and Tri Township EMS responded. Responders found 4 individuals uninjured. A female driver was ticketed for violation of basic speed law.

801 p.m. A call was made to MCSO dispatch that a party was on two track road in Loud Township and they were stuck unable to get out from their location. MCSO Deputies, Tri Township Fire, and Albert Township Fire responded. The individuals were found, no injuries reported. Twin Lake Towing responded to the scene and the vehicle was recovered.

9:39 p.m. MCSO Deputies responded to a noise complaint in Albert Township. Parties were spoken to and separated.

10:34 p.m. A report was made of a down power pole on M32 near Niergarth Rd in Hillman Township. MCSO Deputies, Hillman Fire and PIE & G responded. Upon arrival of scene it was discovered that a male had a medical issue, drove off the road with his truck striking the pole. Hillman EMS responded for medical evaluation.

June 7

1:29 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in a male taken into custody for a warrant out of Montmorency CO. Male was lodged at MCSO Jail.

9:42 a.m. A 2-vehicle property damage crash was reported in downtown Atlanta, no injury reported. One of the drivers was issued a citation for failure to stop at stop sign. MCSO deputies along with Tri Township Fire and EMS responded to the scene.

1:24 p.m. A report was made of kids riding go carts on the street with no helmets, ORV officer responded to the scene and spoke with the child and his parents.

2:02 p.m. The report of a dirt bike tearing up and down the streets in the Village of Hillman was reported to dispatch; the ORV officer located the subject and the 16-year-old male was given a warning.
