Fremont resident Jeff Tillman is seen with an 18-foot pig in downtown Alpena on Wednesday. Tillman talked to people in a way to protest attempts by lobbyists and state legislators to gut Michigan’s term limits. The pig symbolizes an attempt by the Michigan legislature to keep feeding at the public trough on the taxpayer’s dime.
