Nov. 25

1:55 p.m.: A deputy transported a 31-year-old male from the courthouse to MCSO jail. He was lodged.

9:33 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of an erratic driver on Co Rd 487 near Co Rd 489 in Briley Township. A deputy looked in the area, but the vehicle was not located.

10:19 p.m.: Another erratic driver was reported traveling eastbound on M-32 near Haas Rd in Avery Township. All units were advised.

Nov. 26

8:56 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a single vehicle accident on Co Rd 459 near the cemetery in Hillman Township. EMS, fire, and law enforcement responded to the scene. A female was transported to the hospital and a tow truck was called for the vehicle.

8:18 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a verbal dispute not in progress in Hillman Township. The caller spoke with a deputy and the situation was resolved.

Nov. 27

6:40 a.m.: A passerby called to report an injured deer in the road in Albert Township, a deputy responded and dispatched the deer without incident.

7:58 a.m.: A resident of Hillman was driving her vehicle on a county road when a tree fell and hit her car, no injury was sustained, an officer responded to take the report.

9 a.m.: An officer arrested an Albert Township man on a probation violation, the subject was lodged.

11:56 a.m.: A female resident of Briley Township was arrested and lodged on a probation violation.

Nov. 28

1:02 a.m.: Report of an erratic driver was called in on M-32 near Co Rd 491 in Vienna Township. Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle described and all was found to be OK.

7:30 a.m.: A male subject called to report his pop-up deer blind had been stolen off of state land in Hillman Township.

7:46 p.m.: One male subject was taken into custody while at visitation at MCSO jail. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nov. 30

5:04 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm at Twin Lakes Filling Station in Albert Township. Deputies were advised and responded. The alarm company called back to advise it was a false alarm and law enforcement could disregard. Both units were notified.

6:13 p.m.: MCSO deputies responded to a welfare check on Buttles Rd in Albert Township. Deputies found it to be a verbal dispute only and the parties were going to remain in separate rooms for the night.

Dec. 1

12:23 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a suspicious group of people at a residence on Pine St near Albert St in Albert Township. Deputies responded to investigate. It was found that the group rented the residence from Airbnb and all was OK.

11:51 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a vehicle in the ditch on M-32 east of Mathews Rd in Vienna Township. A deputy responded and no injuries were reported. A tow truck was called to pull the vehicle out.

11:36 p.m.: Deputies responded to a 2-vehicle collision at the apartments on Elizabeth St in the Village of Hillman. No injuries were reported. A 38-year-old male was taken into custody for DUI. He was lodged.
