Wolgast Corporation, a 70 year, full-service, commercial contractor has expanded their construction operation to Alpena, Mich., with an office at 1691 M-32.

Lead by Luke Gerhart, a seasoned construction manager and Alpena resident, Wolgast now offers expert construction management, design/build, and general construction services closer to Northern Michigan communities.

“We were already serving this region prior to our expansion,” said Gerhart. “It made a lot of sense to open an office where we could provide our quality services more readily.”

Wolgast and Gerhart’s expertise include schools, restaurants, medical facilities, manufacturing buildings, housing developments, airports and jails. As a comprehensive and full-service provider of construction, Wolgast has experience designing, constructing and restoring all commercial building types.
