The Alpena Department of Public Works will close the Starlite Beach Public Restrooms for the season today at 8 a.m. The facility will reopen in the spring of next year. The Woodward Trailhead facilities will remain open as it is a year-round operation. Additionally, the water at the Thomas Stafford Dog Park will be shut off for the season on today as well.
