The Association of Lifelong Learners at ACC will host its 20th Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Auctions on Nov. 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Besser Technical Center Commons Area on the Alpena Community College Campus.
The public is invited to attend and takeout meals are available, just come to the ticket table.
This event raises funds to support activities and programs which ALL provides to the residents of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency and Presque Isle counties. Again, ACC President Dr. Don MacMaster and his wife Dr. Tina Rossi will serve as the celebrity chefs for the dinner.
The menu will feature Dr. Rossi’s homemade spaghetti sauce and pasta with a salad and rolls plus the very popular “Build Your Own” ice cream sundae bar. “The Spaghetti Dinner has been ALL’s major fundraising event for 20 years” notes Bill Haase, the chairperson of this year’s Spaghetti Dinner Committee. “We are so fortunate to have the continued support of Dr. MacMaster and Dr. Rossi for serving as the Chefs and the community really enjoys the event.”
Along with the dinner, there are two great Auctions with items donated by ALL members and community organizations. We have a number of unique items including an autographed hockey stick from U of M Hockey Coach Brandon Naurato and a custom made fly fishing rod with hand tied flies. You do not have to be present to win. You will be notified later. Last bids at 6:30PM
Spaghetti Dinner prices are $15 for Adults, $6 for Students(K-College) and Children 5 and Under are free. Purchase dinners at the dining room entry.
