ROGERS CITY — Theodore Beck, 64, appeared in the 53rd Circuit Court in Presque Isle Monday for a bond violation hearing and docket call.

Beck is charged with four counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.

Attorney Matt Wojda informed Judge Aaron Gauthier that there have been no additional bond violations.

The bond violation hearing will be continued at 10 a.m. on Nov. 3.
