On August 9, troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Alpena Post responded to a residence on Hubert Road in Alpena Township to investigate a vandalism complaint that occurred between Aug. 8 at 10 p.m. and Aug. 9 at 3 a.m. The preliminary investigation indicated that two bricks were thrown at the homeowner’s vehicle causing damage to the rear window and passenger side door.
