GAYLORD — The Water Wonderland Board of Realtors proudly announces Paul Momrik of Century 21 Northland in Alpena as the 2025 Realtor of the Year.
Momrik will be honored during the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors Annual Meeting on November 7th, 2025 in Gaylord, and recognized by his peers at the Michigan Association of Realtors Convention in October.
Nominees for the Realtor of the Year award are evaluated based on educational and business accomplishments, Realtor association activities, and community involvement. Momrik exemplifies excellence across all these areas, a press release from the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors states.
“As a seasoned and highly respected agent, Paul consistently goes above and beyond to support new agents,” the release said. “His mentorship is genuine and proactive — he often anticipates the needs of others and offers guidance before anyone asks. His leadership style is rooted in action, not just words. Despite managing a thriving personal business, Paul continually makes time to uplift and inspire those around him.”
The release noted a recent example that highlights Momrik’s character: “during a devastating ice storm that left most of his neighborhood without power, Paul and his wife — among the few with a generator — opened their home to neighborhood children, cooking dinner for them each evening for five nights. This extraordinary act of kindness is just one of many ways Paul quietly serves his community.”
Paul’s generosity, integrity, and leadership make him not only a top-producing licensed Realtor, but also a pillar of compassion and service. His nomination and selection as Realtor of the Year reflect the deep respect and admiration he has earned from his peers and the broader community.
The Water Wonderland Board of Realtors congratulates Momrik on this well-deserved honor.
