ALPENA – People can learn how to take the perfect photo during a Photography 101: Camera Basics program at Art in the Loft today from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

There is a $40 per student cost.

Freelance photographers, Rick Houchin and Steve Jakubcin, have teamed up as 45th Lens. To help people enhance your artistic direction and knowledge.

In this 90 minute beginner class, Rick & Steve will guide you through the camera basics. From exposure and aperture, to shutter speed and photography composure. Learn the different modes, settings, shot composition, and photography tips that will both familiarize you, and help set you up to capture the photos you desire to take.
