The Alpena Peace Community will be hosting a vigil with music and meditations at Grace Lutheran Church on Nov. 9 at 4 p.m. Music will be provided by Eric Dunckel and there will be meditation sessions, as well a brief tribute to past and present veterans.

The group is also accepting non-perishable food donations that will go to the food pantry at Grace Lutheran Church. There will be light refreshments and M&Ms, which represent the “music” and “meditation” theme.
