Dianne and Al Sharp, 1985

Al and Dianne Sharp celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary on Sept. 14, 2022.

They were married at St. Paul Luthern Church in Alpena, where they joined their families together and raised five children, Curtis (Su) Pleiness of Anchorage, Alaska, Pam (Charles) Schaudt of Hillman, Charleen Pleiness of Alpena, Brian (Candace) Pleiness of Hubbard Lake, Stuart (Erin) Sharp of Alpena, and Amy Sharp of Alpena.

The Sharps have been blessed with 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Al and Dianne have always enjoyed spending their time outdoors, traveling and, most of all, spending time with family.
