Louis C. and Jane (Jean) Baker of Zbytowski Road, Alpena, will celebrate their 70th anniversary on May 15.

Louis C. and the former Jane (Jean) Kaiser were married May 15, 1943, at St. Rose Church of Herron by Father Lucian Bourget.

They have two children, Wayne (Gloria) of Manchester and DeeAnn (Douglas) Bauer of Troy; two granddaughters, Amy (Scott) Young and Noelle (Jeff) Showiak; two great-granddaughters, Celeste and Daphney; and special daughter, Dorothy Rouse of California.

They will celebrate with family.
