Charles and Grace Gohl celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their children and grandchildren on Jan. 12, 2013 at JJ’s Steak and Pizza House. A party is being planned in their honor for June 15 at the Eagles Club of Alpena.

Charles and the former Grace E. Burnham were married Jan. 12, 1963 at the First Baptist Church in Alpena. They have three children: Kimberly (Bernard) Borowski, Bradley Gohl, and Pamela Thompson. They have four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
