15th Annual Hunters Round Up Saturday in Hubbard Lake
HUBBARD LAKE — The 15th Annual Hunters Round Up, a free community event, will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, on the corner of Nicholson Hill and Hubbard Lake Roads.
The event will include a custom deer blind auction with proceeds to support local community outreach efforts, and a live auction with additional handcrafted items.
Vendors will be on hand, and the event will include a bake sale, Rada Cutlery, hunter sausage sampling, a question and answer with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, and a deer hunters’ static display.
A can raffle will be held from noon to 4 p.m. with great prize packages, and you need not be present to win. Prizes include a crossbow package, Blackstone griddle package, and archery blind, and much more.
There will be bonus prize raffles of hunting rifles, and a youth prize. There is also a best trail camera photo contest. Email photos to vtimm495@gmail.com.
The Dam Band will play live music from 1 to 3 p.m., and food will be available throughout the day.
