Save-A-Life Saturday, Cars and Coffee at Alpena Farmers Market

The Alpena Farmers Market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays at Mich-e-ke-wis Park, 1302 State Ave. in Alpena. This week, Save-A-Life Saturday starts at 10 a.m., featuring free health and wellness offerings from MyMichigan Health, local health care providers and clinics, local ambulances and fire services, LeFave Pharmacy, Hand-only CPR demonstrations, AED education, fire safety, health screenings, free Lions Club kids activities and vision screenings, Versiti blood donations, all with live music and in conjunction with the Alpena Farmers Market. Top O’ Michigan Insurance and the Friends of the Alpena Farmers Market will be hosting a Cars and Coffee event from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Come down to Mich-e-ke-wis park and see some beautiful cars and trucks and talk to their owners. This will take place along with the Alpena Farmers Market and Save-A-Life Saturday.
