Chamber’s Good Mid-Day Alpena April 4

ALPENA ­– The Alpena Area Chamber of Commerce’s next Good Mid-Day Alpena Lunch will be held on Thursday, April 4. Attendees will hear from sponsor Northern Title and Escrow Agency and much more.

Lunch is at 11:30 a.m., followed by the program at noon, in the upstairs conference room at Alpena County Library, 211 N. 1st Ave. The cost is $10 per person, and registration is required in advance to info@alpenachamber.com or 989-354-4181.

MCL Polish dinner Saturday

ALPENA ­– The Marine Corps League Alpena Detachment will host a Polish dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday at the VFW Canteen on Connon Street in Alpena.

Dinner includes pierogies, potato, sauerkraut and sausage, kielbasa, rolls and delicious desserts. The drawing for the Ace of Spades will be held at approximately 5 p.m. The dinner and Ace of Spades drawing are both open to the public. For takeout orders, call 989-340-0385.

Yankee Station concert Saturday at APlex

ALPENA — The APlex presents a concert by Yankee Station, playing all your favorites, from Kid Rock to Fleetwood Mac, and much more, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at 701 Woodward Ave., Alpena.
