Lynne has been crafting and creating artwork for most of her life. While working at numerous types of needle and fiber arts, she discovered the world of beadwork. After teaching herself to felt, Lynne began to incorporate beads into her handcrafted felt, creating her niche in multimedia fiber art.
Since 1998, Lynne has taught intricate off-loom bead weaving techniques while presenting felt-related workshops for the Birmingham Fiber Arts Guild, Black Sheep Handweavers Guild in Hartland, and the Michigan League of Hand Weaver’s yearly convention.
Lynne is an exhibiting artist at the Dragonfly Art Gallery in Harrisville and her work has been shown in the “Northwest Michigan Artists’ Juried Exhibition” at the Besser Museum.
More recently, Lynne has been focusing more of her time on her family hobby farm, raising animals, including goats. The goats provide milk for making handcrafted soaps, which she sells at the Dragonfly gallery, along with her other artwork.
