Harmony Weekend to feature crafts, food, music, parade
HARRISVILLE — The much-anticipated Harmony Weekend Arts and Crafts Festival is back this year, after a hiatus due to the pandemic in 2020.
The 47th annual event will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, on the corner of M-72 and U.S.-23.
The festival will feature nearly 200 vendors, with some of those vendors taking up two booths, for a total of at least 250 booths, according to Harrisville Arts Council President Carolyn Merkel. The arts council puts on the event annually.
“We, the arts council, are very happy to have the show go on this year,” Merkel said. “The vendors are just ecstatic. Many of them have told me, personally, that this is the best show they’re in. Many have commented that they are happy to be back this year.”
