Health Expo 2020 will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the APlex.

This free event featuring health, wellness and fitness exhibitors will include presentations and information to help you take care of yourself and friends and family.Drawings for prizes will be going on throughout the event.

Exhibitors include Arbonne International with Betty DuRocher, The APlex, Yoga with Bev Suszek, Better Living Massage Center & Spa with Rose Nowak, DoTERRA with Jennifer Jasso, Alpena Salt Spa with Lisa Parlberg, MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena, Harborside Cycle & Sport with Tommy Dowd, Magic Carpet Lounge-PEMF with Chris Coultes, Hillman Health Foods Store with Dr. Orlee, and there will also be a dentist exhibiting.

Exhibitors will answer questions, distribute health information and conduct presentations.
