Dr. Naomi Marshall Nishi

Naomi Marshall Nishi graduated from the University of Colorado, Denver, on May 18, with her Ph.D. in education and human development.

She is a 1997 graduate of Alcona High School. Marshall Nishi earned her bachelor’s degree in technical writing from Michigan Technological University in 2001 and finished her master’s degree in international and intercultural communications from Denver University in 2005.

She is currently working and teaching at the University of Colorado, Denver, where she lives with her husband Brian and two young sons. Her parents are Tom and Lois Marshall of Spruce.
