Raynard Lee Chojnacki, 60, of Alpena passed away Feb. 15, 2023. Raynard was born Aug. 14, 1962, in Alpena to the late Raymond and Alice (Budnick) Chojnacki. He was a life-long resident of the area where he enjoyed taking his kids ice fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed shooting pool, bowling, boxing in his younger years, and was a big Detroit Lions fan. Mary Elizabeth Frey, 73, of Alpena, passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was a kind, caring, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed. Mary was born on Nov. 7, 1949 to the late Harry and Florence (Gougeon) Janeske in Alpena. Donna Joanne Somers was born in Harrisville on Jan. 19, 1934, to the late Ervin and Genevieve (Ciszewski) Somers. She graduated salutatorian from her high school class in Harrisville. Mrs. Patricia J. Bolser of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on Feb. 19, 2023 at the age of 93 years. She was born to Cecil and Cora (Parks) Todd on June 16, 1929 at the family home in Flint. She married Bennie L. Bolser in that same house on Aug. 28, 1948 and together the couple celebrated 74 years of marriage before her passing.
