DIANE LYNN ROBINSON

Diane Lynn Robinson, 71, of Alpena passed away peacefully Sunday, July 17, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Diane Lynn Plichta was born Feb. 24, 1951, in Northville, Michigan to the late Arnold and Lois (Bryan) Plichta. She graduated from Plymouth High School in 1969. Diane loved her family and friends most of all. She loved gardening, the outdoors, a good meal, a glass of wine, and sitting on the beach watching the sunsets. BROWN, Hugh, 64, of Alpena, died Sunday, July 17, 2022, from a tragic motorcycle accident. Funeral services are tentatively planned for Saturday, July 23, 2022. Erik was born Oct. 4, 1982, in Alpena to William and Deborah (Piontkowski) Lundquist. He enjoyed gardening, interior decorating, crafts, and loved his dogs. Gladys L. Kelsey, age 99, of Alpena, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Besser Senior Living Community. Gladys was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was born on May 15, 1923 to Stanley and Natalie Greskowiak. On Aug. 17, 1946 she married the love of her life, Leo Kelsey. Gladys was a County Normal Teacher, then a Library aide at Thunder Bay Junior High School until she retired at the age of 75 in 1998. Raymond R. ‘Ray’ Strohschein, 87, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 13, 2022. Ray was born May 5, 1935, on the family farm in Royston, Michigan to Herman Strohschein and Victoria (Wolter) Strohschein. He was the tenth child in the family. His mom died when he was only a year old, but Ray grew up surrounded by the love and guidance of his many siblings. Growing up in a small town, Ray always dreamed of seeing the world.
