ALPENA — The Alpena County Sheriff’s Office and Alpena Township Fire Dept were dispatched to Wall Avenue on Thursday at 12:45 p.m. from a report of a 38-year-old man dead on the side of the road.

The Alpena County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and working with the Alpena County Medical Examiner’s Office. No foul play is suspected by officials.
